Initial consultations can be face-to-face, via video link or phone call.

Video and telephone consultations are a good way of initially discussing most shoulder and elbow conditions but of course they can never be a substitute for a face-to-face consultations, during which a clinical examination can be undertaken.

    Payments

    Paying for your own treatment

    If you are paying for your own treatment, simply tell us that this is the case when you first get in touch.

    Paying through health insurance

    If you are paying for your treatment through your health insurance, please check with them how to authorise payment for an appointment with Professor Peach or Mr Morgan. Your insurance company should provide you with an authorisation code, which you should bring to your initial appointment. Professor Peach and Mr Morgan do not require a GP referral letter prior to seeing you, although your healthcare insurer may require that prior to authorising payment for your treatment.
